Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Habibs Hair and Beauty Salon, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless booking and service experience. This policy explains how appointment changes, cancellations, and payment-related concerns are handled.
1. Appointments & Scheduling
- Clients may modify or cancel their appointments up to 3 hours before the scheduled service time without any charge.
- Requests received within 3 hours of the appointment, late arrivals, or missed appointments may result in the loss of any advance payment or booking amount, as the salon reserves the time and resources exclusively for each client.
- All appointment changes must be communicated directly to the respective Habibs salon where the booking was made.
2. Payments, Packages & Memberships :-
- Habibs offers prepaid services, memberships, gift cards, and promotional packages for customer convenience.
- All prepaid services and memberships become active upon successful payment.
- Once activated or partially used, these purchases cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred.
- Each package or membership carries a specified validity period, after which unused benefits automatically expire without compensation.
3. Refund Consideration :-
Refunds are not routinely provided and will be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate or excess payment made due to a technical or system error.
- Transaction failure, where payment is debited but no booking or confirmation is generated.
- In such cases, refunds are processed only after verification with the relevant payment provider.
- If a confirmed service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen operational limitations, the salon may offer an alternative appointment or rescheduling instead of a refund.
4. Refund Processing :-
- Approved refunds, where applicable, will be returned through the original payment method.
- In special situations, alternative refund methods may be used at Habibs’ discretion.
- Refund processing timelines vary depending on banks and payment gateways, and may take up to 14 working days from the date of approval.
- Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable.
5. Refunds will not be issued for :-
- Services already completed or partially delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with service outcome (service adjustments may be offered instead).
- Expired prepaid services or memberships.
- Promotional or discounted offerings.
- Gift cards once issued.
- No-shows or late cancellations.

- For questions related to bookings, payments, or refunds, customers may contact Habibs through the official support channels listed on our website. Providing complete transaction details will help us assist you efficiently.
7. Policy Updates :-
- Habibs Hair and Beauty Salon reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
